New Fluke 750P Series Pressure Modules provide more options and premium measurement accuracy

Fluke 750P Pressure Module SideApril 16, 2014 – To meet the requirements of evolving pressure calibration standards and reference class accuracy pressure instrumentation, Fluke Corp. introduces the 750P Series Pressure Modules.

The 48 precision modules enable gauge, differential, dual range, absolute and vacuum pressure measurement with Fluke 750 and 740 series Documenting Process Calibrators and 725, 726 Multifunction Process Calibrators.

The 750P Series is designed for the different use models specified in new calibration requirements. For applications in pharmaceuticals or custody transfers in oil and gas, there are 11 new modules with two-times more accuracy than standard modules. For industries like nuclear and pharmaceutical that now require calibration every six months, the 750P Series offer a six month specification that provides better accuracies between these shortened calibration cycles.

The new modules cover pressure calibrations from 0 to 1 in H20 to 10000 psi (2.5 mBar to 690 bar) with a 0.025 per cent reference uncertainty. Digital communication to calibrators eliminates errors due to poor connections and electrical interference.

Gauge pressure modules have one pressure fitting and measure the pressure with respect to atmospheric pressure. Differential pressure modules have two pressure fittings and measure the difference between the applied pressure on the high fitting versus the low fitting. Each module is clearly labelled for range, overpressure and media compatibility. All modules include NPT, metric (BSP) and M20 adapters.

New precision pressure calibration products from Fluke satisfy accuracy and measurement range needs of instrumentation technicians

Fluke LogoNovember 11, 2013Fluke Corporation is broadening its suite of precision pressure calibration products with the addition of 14 new 700G Series Pressure Gauges and two new models of pressure calibrators: the Fluke® 719Pro and 721 Dual Range Pressure Calibrator.

Instrument, process and plant maintenance technicians now have a complete line of rugged, trusted pressure calibration devices ranging from 10 inH20 to 10,000 psi in 18 different engineering units letting them customise the gauge to meet their specific pressure calibration requirements.

The 700G Series Precision Pressure Test Gauges feature pressure measurements ranging from 10 inH20/20 mbar to 10,000 psi/690 bar and 0.05 per cent accuracy with new absolute pressure measurement ranges and reference class accuracy gauges with reading accuracies of 0.04 percent of reading. Combine 700G gauges with the Fluke 700PTPK or 700HTPK pump kits for a complete pressure testing solutions for up to 600 psi (40 bar) with the PTP-1 pneumatic pump and up to 10,000 psi (690 bar) with the HTP-2 hydraulic pump.

The 719Pro Electric Pressure Calibrator is the ideal test tool for calibrating high accuracy transmitters, pressure switches and pressure gauges. It features high accuracy pressure measurements and an onboard electric pressure pump that can generate up to 300 psi (20 bar), eliminating the need for an external hand pump. It also measures, simulates and sources 4-20 mA loop current signals and can also measure up to 30 V dc. Its internal 24 loop power supply can power a transmitter under test.

The Fluke 721 Dual Range Pressure Calibrator with dual isolated pressure sensors lets technicians take simultaneous static and differential pressure measurements in a single tool for gas custody and transfer applications. It can be configured by selecting either a 16 psi (1.1 bar) or 36 psi (2.48 bar) low pressure sensor and then add any of seven high pressure ranges including 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 3000 or 5000 psi (6.9, 20, 24.5, 69, 103.4, 200, 345 bar).

Fluke 700G Precision Pressure Gauges are backed by a three-year warranty.
