UXC acquires Keystone Management Solutions

UXC announced its partnership with ServiceNow in August 2013 as part of the strategic direction to drive market leading positions in new growth initiatives, thereby increasing relevance to customers and increasing participation in high growth sectors of the IT market. The decision to have Keystone join UXC significantly enhances UXC’s end-to-end enterprise service management value proposition, quickly expands UXC’s cloud-based solutions capabilities and increases the company’s subscription-based annuity revenue.

Empired Limited acquires OBS

OBS Logo23 Sep, 2013OBS, a leading Australian IT services company and winner of the BRW Best Place to Work in 2012 has been acquired by Empired Limited (ASX:EPD).

Through the acquisition, Empired is adding 150 people to its nearly 300 person strong team. OBS adds a strong Microsoft capability and focus.  It also brings geographic coverage and strength on both eastern and western seaboards of Australia.
