Wavelink Communications is sponsoring, exhibiting and presenting on Meru Networks at the Learning Technologies 2009 conference for TAFEs from November 19-20 at the Mooloolaba campus of Sunshine Coast TAFE.
Building a wireless network that can keep pace with the mounting demands of campus mobility can be challenging. Users want e-mail and the Internet but also expect access to bandwidth-hungry voice and video applications and real-time collaboration tools from more places, more often and over more devices.
Garth Coulson, Wavelink Communications, will be presenting on new wireless technologies, including Meru Networks’ 802.11n wireless local area network (WLAN), their capabilities and how to implement and use them. He will also provide advice on how to provide for large client numbers and maintain high throughput whilst delivering high speed video, voice and data via the latest Wi-Fi technology standards.
Meru Networks’ equipment is being used to provide 802.11n WLAN coverage for the conference and exhibition areas.
