April 20, 2015 – UXC Keystone, an enterprise service management solutions provider, has become the first ServiceNow partner in the Asia Pacific region to achieve Master Solutions Partner status. This is the highest level in the ServiceNow Solutions Partner Program.
UXC Keystone earned the Master Solutions Partner level because of its continued investment in staff training and certification. Additionally, UXC Keystone consistently delivers quality implementations, as evidenced by the ServiceNow independent measurement of UXC Keystone’s high customer satisfaction levels.
“Having a Master partner in APJ is a significant milestone in region. This achievement acknowledges the reciprocal investment and ongoing commitment between ServiceNow and it’s partners. The future success of all partners is based on their ability to widen the ServiceNow footprint across all areas of the business,” said Charles Woodall, head of Service Providers and Integrators in Asia Pacific and Japan, ServiceNow.
Dion Williams, CEO, UXC Keystone, said, “This new partner level is the result of UXC Keystone having been a focused partner of ServiceNow since 2007. The business is built around the ServiceNow technology, so this important milestone acknowledges UXC Keystone’s depth of capability and commitment to ServiceNow in the local market. UXC Keystone is one of very few organisations globally to have achieved Master Solutions Partner status with ServiceNow.”
As the breadth of the ServiceNow solution portfolio and partner ecosystem grows, it is critical that we maintain the highest level of technical and sales accreditation. This lets UXC Keystone provide customers with the confidence that they are working with a partner that has the most trusted relationship with ServiceNow.
As UXC Keystone continues to work with ServiceNow, the organisation will focus on developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform and on helping customers to leverage the new functionality of the latest release of ServiceNow.
